Score lost

My Zombies! score used to be 171281 something
and it was reset to zero once before
And I start from zero again
This time my score was 490412,and the score was reset to zero second time
Anyone plz help

This should be posted on the game's forum?
And this happens alot & to everyone including myself , Its a game which is supposed to be for fun not the score.
