Beta Testing a Multiplayer Game ?

Is there an option available for Nonoba to host a multiplayer game so that it can be beta tested before it is released to the public?

If not, is there a way that one could make their game that is in development accessible to others using the development server, so that it can tested before it is released?

If you set the status to "Under Development (Hidden)" when you upload the game, it will only be accessible through the URL (if you tell people about it) and it won't appear in the games lists. You can then change it later via the games details page.

As Jordie said, if a game is hidden then it is not visible anywhere on the site except for people who know the URL.
