Mutes instead of bans...
It gets a bit annoying when someone is banned because aside from a warning there is no other punishment. Why not add mutes so the user can still play games, earn achievements etc as normal but cannot talk in game chat. It would mean people could have temp mutes instead of temp bans for minor offences.Also "recent news" notification of someone being banned and the length of the ban on our my/home would be nice.Score is 36

But i like your idea. It's not as serious as ban but at the same time you're not letting them off the hook and the person wouldn't be disruptive in the chats.
